On Tuesday Jeff's program had their annual ski day up at Snowbird Ski Resort. This is a day we've been looking forward to for about a year. (Since it's kind of the perk of the program.) Those of us who weren't skiing went to the resort spa and were treated to a massage. Having never had so much as a manicure before, I was a little apprehensive about getting a massage. I was worried they might reject me for being too gross. When the Howie Mandel look-a-like massage therapist came into the waiting room it occurred to me that maybe I didn't want a stranger touching me. Luckily, he called someone else's name and my therapist turned out to be a very non-threatening type of lady. Massages are good. That is all.

Luck-ee!! Score for you!! I love snowbird and I especially love massages. When I worked at the gym, I got free ones from a lady that asked me one time if she could lay her hands on my head and give me a blessing. Let's just say I politely refused the blessing on my head, but gladly accepted the blessing that her magic hands were on my sore muscles and back (several times).
ahhhh I could go for that kind of day!! How fun for you guys!!!
Cool!
get it? You know.... Cause snow is cold?
nevermind.
So they don't let pregnant ladies on the slopes, eh? That's ok, even though I grew up on those Basin slopes I may just take a masage over a day of skiing (gasp).
so, is the spa you were hanging out at that place with the chairs covered in snow that you had to ski to. that pool looks chilling.
glad you got to have a memorable day with jeff and the snow.
I use to go night skiing at Snowbird. That was SO long ago. Haven't been skiing since I graduated from high school but I get a massage all the time. I can deal with that. Glad you both had a great day. :D
