Our activity yesterday was to go see Santa at the mall. I spent the day talking up Santa to Miles. ("Sure am sick of hearing about this Funke everyone's talking about.") When they finally met, Miles chose the "no sudden movements" approach.
Miles isn't a part of your system, Santa! But I'm sure he wouldn't say no to a toy Mater from you on Christmas morning.

We're going to see Santa tonight, and so I said to Lyla, who is really shy, "Here, I'll pretend to be Santa, and you tell me what you want. Ho! Ho! Ho! And what do you want little girl?"
Her response? Tears.
I'm thinking this is going to go really well. Afterwards though she told me that she would like it if she could just stand near him and tell him what she wants. I guess we'll see what happens when it's show time...

so is miles bigger than chloe now? he is such a cautious boy. that's a very good thing.
Harrison and Chloe are cool with Santa, which is probably the only reason Miles is still sitting there! Fun picture!
