A Little Announcement

Harrison had a lot of questions--mostly about how the baby would eventually get out of my tummy. I won't frighten you with his grotesque theories. When I explained how it would actually come out, he said, "Wooooah! That would hurt!"

Congratulations! I love how sweetly (and quietly) excited your kids were to hear the news. Caleb asked me the other day when he was getting a baby brother and was very disappointed to hear that all he will ever have are sisters since we're all done with babies at our house.

Here's wishing you a happy and healthy pregnancy!

Yeah for you! My niece Savannah was asking me how it all happens last night. I told her we'd talk when she's older.

I love LOVE that Harrison's first thought was baby brother and then when you said, "Or sister," Chloe's quiet "yeah!". What is my problem? That video totally made me cry a little. Kikka's right, the world needs more funny, witty children like the ones you and Jeff tend to have. Congratulations... again. :)

Congrats! I love Harrison's math skills. I will try it, too: When the baby is 5, Harrison will be 10 and I will be 32. This IS fun!

Congratulations Melissa! I'm so happy for you all.

I'm glad Harrison and Chloe had a more positive reaction than my older brother did when I was born. He ask my grandmother if they could sell the new baby. He only wanted $10! When I was much older, he told me he was glad they didn't sell me after all.
