A-B-C! It's easy as 1-2-3!

Miles turned three on Sunday!  One of the great things about three-year-olds is that they have no idea what a birthday is, so their expectations are very low.  Therefore, his birthday was very low key: presents and cake.  Ta-da.

Ready?

We're so in love with this kid!  He is one of the funniest kids I've ever met.  He'll do anything for a laugh and the smallest things make him cackle.  He loves to sing his A-B-C's, especially in the grocery store.  That always makes people stare and smile.  He loves Monster Jam trucks, Superman, swinging, and the old lady next door.  They're best buds.

Set?

Miles likes playing outside (preferably without shoes), watering the plants, puzzles, jumping off of just about anything, and eating chips and salsa.  His favorite phrases include: "Nice job!" "Oh. My. DOSH!"  "Dun dun DUN!" "Miles do it!"  "Mommy, him go, too?"  (He refers to everything as "him".)

GO!

Three is one of my favorite ages.  It seems like kids grow up a lot during their third year.  I can't wait to see what he's doing by this time next year.

P.S. Thanks for the Stomp Rocket, Grandma!

They said it was easy enough for a three year old. I'm so happy they were right! I think it's fabulous that Miles also spells smile, which is what he makes everyone around him do. You rock Miles!

That stomp rocket looks amazing. I can't believe he's three already! Wasn't it just yesterday you were getting filmed pregnant at Smiths?
