Jeff was able to fly home for Father's Day weekend, which was really nice because we would have looked pretty silly grilling and reading hilarious cards about fishing without him. Being apart has definitely given us a greater appreciation for Jeff and everything he brings to our home.
Like his new tablet, for example.
Harrison was so happy to finally have someone to play basketball with in 100 degree heat.
Chloe was happy to have someone to sit and talk with.
Miles was happy to have someone to laugh with. (Miles doesn't think I'm funny, but pretty much everything Daddy does is hilarious.)
They love and admire their dad so much and I don't blame them. Just look at that rock-skipping form!
It was reeeeaaaalllyyyy hard to say goodbye again, but I'm so glad Jeff could be here for a little while to remind us how much we love him.

Two weeks down! One week and two days to go! For the rest of your life you will be able to say, "I can do hard things!"
That's inappropriate mom.
